Witnessing various leadership styles in social and professional settings sparked my curiosity about how influence drives political decision-making. I realized that the most impactful leaders not only shape governmental policies but also empower individuals of all ages to discover and develop their leadership potential. This inspired my passion for helping others recognize and harness their unique talents, ensuring they can actively engage in shaping the policies that govern our communities. True impact is achieved when those talents are nurtured and polished.

This commitment led me to earn degrees in political science and public policy, with experience in hospitality, law, and academia. I enjoy utilizing my skills in policy analysis, program coordination, and grant management. I have applied these skills through:
